Being a computer science student, it seemed normal for Joiz to be creating personal websites during college, but lack of budget and free time forced her to neglect the static/amateur website.
She started blogging again using a free blog system from Bravenet (under the pseudonym einjhel) during her OJT (On the Job Training) in 2004. This blog was an outlet of traffic-related stress and office boredom. But soon after the training completion forms were signed, she also have forgotten about this blog.
In December 2005, a promo for free one year domain registration was announced and Joiz registered the domain, www.joiz.be. She once again started a new blog under this domain while she was working as an SEO Specialist for some outsourcing company in Ortigas. The Angels' Lair (as she fondly called it) was her outlet of frustrations about life, the office, her pregnancy, her longing for college and her (non-existent) love life.
In early 2007, due to a problem with her domain registry, she lost the domain but with the help of her friend Grim, joiz.org was born and adopted and now contains Joiz's ramblings about her work, her family, her (still non-existent) love life and life in general.
