Blogging History
The first time I started blogging was in 2001 which is a year after I started learning how to design websites. I was inspired by Yuga’s blog to make one. Blogging has become my primary training ground in web design (in making the templates) and in creative writing as well. My first blog had a lousy and overused title. It was called Thoughts and my, if you read that, you would see how rarely I update it. Maybe it’s because that I also had a website hosted at Geocities and it has become very difficult for me to update my blog because I was busy updating my website. Then, I transferred my blog to Tripod because it became very difficult for me to make a suitable layout because of the banner ad located on top of every Blogspot page. When affordable webhosting was made available, I got myself a domain name (www.rockersworld.com) and acquired a webhosting service of Mobilehive in November 2003. From November 2001 up to February 2005, I was with Blogger. After getting tired of the problems with Blogger (i.e. down server, down server and down server), I shifted to WordPress after having experienced using it with Experiment Orange which happens to be offline already.
