McBilly Wilford Sy was born March 14, 1989. He spent his childhood years in the busy streets of Manila, but grew up in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. He now resides in Cebu and is a graduating student at AMA Computer College Cebu taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. He loves computers, blogging and food.

He is a freelance web designer and flash artist. On his free time he usually plays computer games and read blogs.
